I had recently ended my career as a UH-60 Black Hawk pilot in the U.S. Army when I moved to Atlanta, Georgia, with the intent of starting my own business. In the meantime, I accepted a position as a district sales manager with the Kellogg’s company. Although I was paid well, I found myself working 80 hours a week and having very little time to enjoy the money that I was earning. Fortunately, after about 18 months on the job, I was invited to come see a presentation about PPLSI. It took me three weeks to get to a presentation because I was typically still working during the hours of the meetings. Nonetheless, when I finally made it out to a meeting, I was excited from the beginning, and I decided that this was the business for me.

I immediately signed up and began working the business. Shortly thereafter, I decided that if I had more time to dedicate to the business, it could actually become my only focus. After four months, I decided to step out on faith and really build a solid team, and as a result I was able to attain the Executive Director position eight months later.

PPLSI, Team NuVision and our incredible team of associates have enabled me to develop an entirely different life. I have been able to visit numerous, beautiful destinations. I have been able to forge some life-altering associations and friendships. It is a sincere pleasure to labor beside such an eclectic group of like-minded individuals. Here in PPLSI, and specifically in Team NuVision, I have been immersed in an environment overflowing with friends who share a value system like my own.

Our organization boasts of some truly remarkable Executive Directors and associates. Working with the likes of Shalanda Smith, Johnny Brown, Linda Jones, Katreice Jackson, John Abrams, Nakeeta Tucker and Alistair Edwards is an experience that I would never dream of trading. We have all been able to consistently pour into each other’s lives, making us better and stronger individually and collectively.
